We can help with a variety of nutrition and health topics such as:

  • healthy eating, wellness and disease prevention
  • food allergies and sensitivities
  • high cholesterol and high blood pressure
  • diabetes
  • IBS, low FODMAP diets and other digestive concerns
  • eating disorders
  • special diets
