UHS provides services for those students who require allergy injections. We also provide allergy testing referrals and immunizations for common diseases. The Allergy Clinic is available by appointment only.
New and established patients can make an appointment through the UHS Online Portal or call (405) 744-7665.
University Health Services provides services for most outpatient care needs. Our clinic is available on a walk-in or an appointment basis and staffed by physicians, physician associates, licensed nurses and other health professionals to assist you with their health needs.
UHS also provides general physicals and 1st, 2nd and 3rd class flight physicals for commercial and private pilots.

The UHS Insurance Office provides claim filing assistance for medical services received at the OSU University Health Services.

University Health Services has a full service laboratory and radiology department. This department will perform lab tests and X-ray services upon request of a physician. A consulting radiologist interprets all X-rays. Hours of operation for this department are the same as the general clinic.

UHS is pleased to assist our students, faculty and staff with international travel immunizations. It’s important to understand that certain immunizations can take several weeks to reach optimum effectiveness and some are given in a series. If you will be traveling abroad and in need of immunizations, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can prepare your immunization schedule.
The process requires completion of an 1) Online Travel Assessment Questionnaire; and 2) Face-to-Face Travel Immunization(s) Appointment.
Step One: Online Travel Assessment Questionnaire
Log into the UHS Online Portal using your OSU Okey email and password.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you are unable to log in.
Enter your date of birth and click Proceed.
In the left margin, click Appointments, then click Schedule an appointment toward the top of the page.
Select Treatment Nurse from the list of clinic departments and click Continue.
Review Travel Immunization instructions.
Select Travel Immunizations and click Continue.
Pick any appointment date and time to access the assessment questionnaire.
You are only accessing the questionnaire, not scheduling an appointment.
You do not go to the clinic on the date and time you pick.
Complete the online questionnaire and click Submit.
Nursing staff will contact you to schedule your face-to-face appointment within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
Step Two: Face-to-Face Travel Immunization(s) Appointment
- Nursing staff will determine the most accurate medical information and advice for your specific travel plans.
- A nurse will contact you by telephone within 24 hours to set an appointment convenient for your schedule.
- A nurse will meet with you, discuss your medical history, review recommended immunizations, and discuss your options.

University Health Services offers all immunizations needed by OSU students. Measles, Tetanus, Hepatitis A & B, Meningitis and Chicken Pox. TB skin testing is provided and we also provide vaccinations needed for overseas travel.
Immunizations and TB skin tests are provided Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please call (405) 744-7665 for an appointment.
University Health Services has registered pharmacists on staff to fill prescriptions and assist patients with questions they may have regarding their prescription and its interaction with other medication. The Pharmacy can fill prescriptions written by physicians at the health center or from a private physician as the formulary will allow. We can assist in transferring a prescription from your home pharmacy to OSU. All students, faculty and staff are eligible for full access to the pharmacy.

The Women's Clinic is available by appointment only available through the UHS Student Portal or by calling (405) 744-7665. The hours of service are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The Women's Clinic is provided for the female population of Oklahoma State University. The clinic offers information and treatment for a wide range of gynecologic problems including annual pap testing and contraception services. Comprehensive testing for sexually transmitted infections (STIs) can also be done upon the patient's request. The Women's Clinic is staffed by the physicians, physician associates and nurses of University Health Services.
