Visit the Patient Portal to see available vaccination appointment times. The 2023-2024 Covid-19 vaccine is available by appointment only every other Friday morning. You may call the clinic if additional information is needed, 405-744-7665


The FDA and the CDC have approved an updated 2023-2024 Covid-19 vaccine on September 12, 2023. University Health Services is currently administering the updated Pfizer-BioNTech dose and will have appointments available every other Friday morning for eligible students, faculty and staff. Many major retail pharmacies also are currently administering the 2023-2024 Covid-19 vaccine by appointment for those wishing to receive their dose. Previous formulas such as the Bivalent Covid-19 vaccines are no longer approved to be administered.

Currently Eligible: Faculty, Staff, Students and Dependents within the university community

UHS provides the Bivalent Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine to the 12 years and older age group, if eligible. To check if you are eligible for this vaccine, visit the CDC. This includes any active OSU faculty, staff or student who is affiliated with the OSU-Stillwater campus. This also includes spouses, domestic partners and dependents affiliated with the OSU-Stillwater campus. We will not be providing the vaccine to the 5-11 age group.


Steps for Scheduling at UHS

  1. Log on to the UHS portal,
  2. Select scheduling and choose “COVID-19 Vaccine”
  3. Complete the appointment screening information
  4. Schedule your appointment
  5. Arrive at your scheduled date and time
